Randy's Prime Seafood and Steaks

**Wow, wow, wow. Lilly is truly one of a kind.** From the moment she visited my restaurant, I was impressed by her warmth and professionalism. We chatted briefly about a few things, and she casually mentioned Randy’s. That small gesture stuck with me, and I decided to stop by for dinner with my daughter — and I’m so glad I did. Lilly greeted us with the same genuine energy she brought during her visit. She was incredibly patient while taking my daughter’s order, asked how the rest of my night had gone that day, and remembered the details of our previous conversation. That level of attention is rare — I've had people visit my restaurant before, and I’ve returned the favor, but never have I experienced someone actually remembering and following up like that. It truly touched me. Throughout our meal, Lilly continued to elevate the experience. She brought out samplers and recommended dishes for us to try, paired a perfect glass of red blend with my steak, and even recalled that I had the chocolate cake last time. She suggested trying something new, but when my daughter still wanted the chocolate cake, Lilly graciously brought us another dessert *in addition* — just because she remembered. That kind of thoughtful, personalized service is unforgettable. I’m deeply grateful for Lilly and the amazing support staff around her. She made our dinner date feel special, and that kind of hospitality is what sets a place — and a person — apart. Thank you, Lilly, for going above and beyond.

This is a solid Great American Restaurant steakhouse. It's fairly pricey but quality and service were great. We probably wouldn't get the meatballs or the waygu steaks again and would just go for the USDA prime steaks but it was still very good food. The surprising standout for us was the side of mushrooms which was our favorite part of the night!

It's been months since I've had a steak and this was worth the wait. Perfect cook and right outer sear. The mash potatoes could have been a meal on their own. The taste was smooth, creamy, and adding the bacon gave it a perfect pairing. If you want an amazing steak I would try one from here just be sure to make a reservation.

We celebrated a friend's birthday there, and we liked everything: it was a nice place with old-world charm, a carpeted floor, polished wooden furniture, and oil paintings on the wall. Our server was professional and attentive, and the food was delicious. We will go back to try other dishes soon.

Randy's is top notch, it doesn't get much better when thinking about fine dining. Everything I have tasted on the menu has been absolutely delicious. The presentation and taste speaks to the quality, time, and effort that goes into these meals. The ambience is high level as well, the restaurant has a nice touch with upscale finishes. The service overall was good, but could use a bit of improvement. We were there as a group, dining in a private room and we had to ask for things multiple times. There was also a bit of a challenge getting the bill sorted as the server didn't provide information in advance of settling the check. This was a minor inconvenience with such a large group, but didn't taint the experience. I highly recommend Randy's for any occasion or no occasion and you just want great food.

The service was wonderful. Our waiter was funny and informative. The food was good and the atmosphere was pretty. The only downfall(and it is a very tiny downfall) is that it was just really loud. I was sitting across the table from my boyfriend and I had a hard time hearing him some of the time. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.

Came here for the first time to celebrate a birthday, and I will definitely be back! Our food was absolutely delicious, I would 10/10 recommend anything on the menu. The drinks were great too! Our server was so sweet and very attentive to our needs through out the night. The most impressionable moment was when we had an unexpected medical emergency during dinner and seeing how swift and great the staff was in response. Overall our experience was amazing, great staff, food, and atmosphere. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again Jorge!

service and food exceeded expectations! my mother, father and older brother were thoroughly impressed with the dishes we ordered, especially the calamari and pressed spicy tuna sushi which was excellent. my little brother also really enjoyed his veggie burgers! overall was an amazing dining experience, and our server was also very helpful with recommending and explaining menu items as well as making us feel comfortable as it was our first time here. :)
